LA-based singer-songwriter/producer The TVC (Spencer Riley) announces the release of his new video "Move up," featuring Connor Foley. Described as a hybrid of alternative rock with upbeat indie vibes, The TVC was initially forged as a creative outlet by frontman Spencer Riley but turned into a successful project that has produced, collaborated and written with artists and songwriters such as Jayme Dee, Mariah McManus, Trent Dabbs and many others. In 2011, Riley began to produce, mix and record music for his project Riley and the Roxies eventually gaining the attention of various TV/film licensing agencies. In between producing and working on music for Riley and The Roxies, Spencer Riley collaborated with artists like Monako Davis and Early Morning Rebel thus creating his solo project, The TVC.

The TVC's wide spectrum of emotional range across his discography has created a mass appeal, leading to a number of media placements on television networks such as ABC Family ('Pretty Little Liars', 'Chasing Life') and Warner Brothers ('Vampire Diaries'). Additionally, Riley has song credits on fashion campaigns with Michael Kors and Express.

As The TVC continues to produce and record on the LA scene and abroad, be on the lookout for the upcoming release of Talk About Us the EP, out later this year.
