THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house record of Broadway's Eugene O'Neill Theatre for the 48th time. The show earned $1,962,932 for the week ending Sunday, December 22, in the 1,068-seat O'Neill, one of Broadway's smallest theatres.
Also, TWELFTH NIGHT/RICHARD III set another house record at the Belasco Theatre for the week ending 12/22/13, with a gross of $845,435.20. (This includes 250 seats priced at $25 at every performance.)
