FATTY FATTY NO FRIENDS is the story of a kid named Tommy. The skinny kids hated him, no matter what he did. They taunted him until he took revenge without amends. It was a tasty lesson for Fatty Fatty No Friends. Tommy lives a lonely, living nightmare in this dark adult fable that dives into the lunchtime of life, where bullies are delicious. When his classmates' taunting goes too far, Tommy embarks on a cannibalistic vengeance spree. This award-winning production features music described by audiences as a cross between Sondheim's Sweeney Todd and Danny Elfman's The Nightmare Before Christmas. This dark operetta premiered in 2014 as part of the New York International Fringe Festival where it played to sold-out audiences, extended to the FringeNYC/Edinburgh Encore Series and received rave reviews including a Time Out NY Critic's Pick.

The cast includes The Metropolitan Opera's Jason Sofge, Aaron Butler, Mollie Craven, Charly Dannis, Jessica Rose Futran, Isaac Harold, Jeffrey Hodes, Mattie Kaiser, Darcie Kozlowski, Mia Moretti Thomas, Vinnie Urdea, and Malcolm Jenkins Yancey.

This award winning production was conceived and directed by Mind The Art Entertainment's Artistic Director Christian De Gré with Associate Director R. Patrick Alberty and features Musical Direction by Aaron Butler. It features original music & orchestrations by De Gré, lyrics by Joseph Reese Anderson and is based upon the original story by author Serrana Gay (this writing team was the 2015 FRIGID New York Audience Favorite Award Winner). The show features costume design by Ashley Soliman (2014 FringeNYC Overall Excellence Award winner), make-up design by Kate Marley with Louiza Diavolitsis and lighting design by Betsy Chester. The show is produced by Christian De Gré, R. Patrick Alberty & Serrana Gay.

FATTY FATTY NO FRIENDS will run thru 11/22 at the Celebration of Whimsy (21 Clinton Street) with performances Fridays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 3pm. Tickets, $30, can be purchased online at www.MindTheArtEntertainment.com.
