Firehouse Theatre Project is excited to announce complete casting and the creative team for The Wild Party, a musical with book, lyrics and music by Andrew Lippa. Directed by Jase Smith, The Wild Party will play 18 performances, November 21 - December 28. Opening Night is Friday, November 22.

The cast for The Wild Party includes Grey Garrett (Queenie), Terence Sullivan (Burrs), Joy Newsome (Kate), Josh Marin (Black), Carolyn Meade (Madelaine True), Ian Stearns (Phil), Andrew Dilday (Oscar), David Zimmerman (Eddie), Brianne Chin (Mae), Charley Raintree (Sam), Brian Baez (Max), Sasha Wakefield (Nadine), Axle Burtness (Jackie), Anna Starnes (Dolores), and a special appearance by Style Weekly Editor in Chief Jason Roop (Neighbor).

The Wild Party will feature choreography by Starr Foster, music direction by Ben Miller, costume design by Margaret Joyner, set design by Eddie Slipek, sound design by Joey Luck, and light design by Andrew Bonniwell.

Winner of the 2000 Drama Desk and Obie Award, Andrew Lippa's darkly brilliant musical was inspired by Joseph Moncure March's 1928 banned poem recounting the excesses of the Jazz Age. Set in the Roaring Twenties, a group of burlesque performers join together for one wild, erotic evening in the Manhattan apartment of vaudeville dancer Queenie and her vicious lover Burrs. The jazz and gin soaked party rages on when a newcomer complicates their strained relationship and challenges their decadent and thrill-seeking high living. For all who enjoy Cabaret or Chicago, Lippa's tale of out of control passions is a must-see.
