Graduate of Milwaukee High School of the Arts Chosen to Join 2016 Kids from Wisconsin Troupe

Joe Kelly, a graduate of Milwaukee High School of the Arts has been chosen to join the Kids from Wisconsin troupe. Kids from Wisconsin showcases the most talented youth in a full musical revue for all ages, consisting of 20 singers/dancers and a 13-piece show band that performs inspiring, entertaining, musical productions to over 100,000 people each summer.

Joe is currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater studying towards a BFA in Theatre Performance with a minor in Dance.

Recently, he performed in UWW's production of Sweeney Todd, as the character Judge Turpin. Based on his performance he received a nomination to participate in next year's Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

This is his first summer with the KIDS and he excited to be a part of this amazing experience.

Joe's home show will be in Milwaukee on Sunday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Marcus Center's Peck Pavilion.
