Everyone's got a dream, right? Well - at least that song from Tangled leads us to believe that even the strangest people have dreams, but none of our Glee Clubbers are some strange guy in a tavern singing about their dreams. Nope, they have a choir room for that - of course. Tonight, dreams might just come true - and other dreams might be crushed. Let's take that journey, shall we?

Finn enrolls in The University of Lima, where it seems like the part never stops, which is only aided when Puck moves in as his new roommate - it's a match made in drunken college heaven, y'all. Rachel prepares for her audition for Funny Girl, and recounts her love of Ms. Streisand from her wee little days to now - this Barbra fan girl is now ready to achieve the biggest dream of all - Fanny Brice. Roz Washington returns to McKinley to take over the Cheerios, while Bieste probes Will to talk to Finn, but Will isn't ready to patch up the teacher-student bromance, but Bieste gives him some food for thought. Marley, after the school shooting, wants to bring her dream of pursuing being a singer songwriter out of the darkness, but this is not aided by the constant strange behavior of the glee clubbers after the shooting - Sam "has a twin" named Evan, Brittany is stuck on MIT, and Unique is taking birth control. Will informs the glee club that the theme for Regionals is Dreams, and already has a course of action, but Marley speaks up wanting to do an original song of hers, but Will isn't having it, especially after she mentions Finn.

Blaine calls a secret meeting of the glee club to discuss Mr. Schue's dated set list, and once again Marley is shot down about her idea for original songs. Finn and Puck are relishing the college experience in the best way they know how - partying it up, but when Will shows up the party seems to stop for Finn. Will apologizes to Finn, and offers him the chance to come back to the glee club, but Finn turns him down flat no matter how sorry Will is over the whole ordeal. When the glee club defies Will's set list, Will snaps and tells them off - it's his way or no way at all. Shelby shows up to give Rachel some tips on how to approach her audition for Fanny Brice, which Rachel isn't exactly fond of at first, but once the two take on "Next to Me" by Emeli Sande it seems like Rachel and Shelby are in their element and sharing a sweet mother-daughter moment.

Puck and Finn attend a full blown ragger of a party at an on campus frat, complete with a performance of "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party) by the Beastie Boys, clearly loving the campus life of University of Lima. The heads of the frat offer Puck and Finn bids as new pledges, which was aided by their performance at the party once the stereo broke. Marley presents the glee club with an original song called "You Have More Friends than You Know", a ballad about being friends and cherishing those friends. Will catches Marley, Unique, Sam, and Blaine performing the song, but doesn't make his presence known as Blaine explains they need to bring these songs to Mr. Schue, but Marley knows it won't happen due to Mr. Schue being set in his ways.

Finn and Rachel catch up on the phone and Finn gives Rachel a few thoughts to think about, giving them a moment to connect after a while. Rachel takes to the stage for her audition performing "Don't Stop Believin" leading her to recall the beginning days of the glee club, complete with Kurt, Mercedes, Tina, Artie, and Finn on back up. The producers find the performance different, while one asks what happened in the middle of the song to take Rachel somewhere else, prompting her to explain that she was thinking of her friends and how she wouldn't be who she is without having them behind her.

Suddenly Puck sobers up from partying and gives Finn a dose of reality and explains to Finn that they're worth a lot more than people give them credit for, truly giving them a great bromantic moment. Roz calls Becky and Blaine to her office, explaining to Blaine that she finds him suspicious and thinks Blaine is the one who caused Sue to bring the gun to school with some "fruity voodoo". After the meeting, Blaine begins to suspect something with Becky, but when he asks her, she freaks out at him, before making a scene in the hallway. Will recalls the winning glory of winning Nationals, but is interrupted by Finn, who is willing to come back as long as he's treated like an equal, something Will is fine with, leading to them burying the hatchet once and for all.

Will attempts to make peace with the glee club, explaining to the glee clubbers that the choir room and its memories mean the world to him, as do the glee clubbers. Will introduces Finn back to the glee club, with much fanfare, before explaining that Marley's original songs are going to be featured at Regionals, making her extremely happy. Kurt and Rachel have some roommate time while Rachel plays the waiting game involving her audition, only to have the moment interrupted by a phone call from one of the producers - Ms. Berry has herself a call back for her dream role. The New Directions perform an original song called "Outcast", which solidifies their dreams and the move toward Regionals.

See, Gleeks - everyone's got a sweet dream! And that's it for this week, Gleeks - but next week, looks like a Blackout-Blackout! And, guess what - I can't find Usnavi! Until next week, Gleeks - dream on
