Get Fit in 2014 with New Classes at NYC Parks Recreation Centers

Did you resolve to get in shape in 2014? Join the network of NYC Parks recreation centers for year-round access to indoor pools, sports programs, fitness classes, dance instruction, martial arts lessons and much more. Memberships are low-cost: young adult and senior memberships are only $25 per year, and adult memberships can be as little as $50 for six months.

Here's a taste of some of the newest programs added to our recreation centers in 2014:

Bronx: Williamsbridge Oval Recreation Center recently underwent a $5.2 million renovation, and we're offering new classes to match. Try Ryan's Rolling Rally spin class, In & Out 30 Minute Workouts, or Breathing and Meditation. Bring your children to The Oval Youth Art Club, Youth Yoga or - for toddlers - the Tiny Prints Toddler Program.
