GLEE's Ryan Murphy Commemorates Cory Monteith's Death

GLEE mastermind and co-creator Ryan Murphy has utilized social media to share a remembrance of the deceased star from his hit FOX musical dramedy series, Cory Monteith, who passed a way a year ago this week.

Murphy wrote, "Miss you."

Additionally, Murphy posted a screenshot depicting Cory Monteith's date of birth and death as seen on a special tribute episode of GLEE.

Of note, Cory Monteith passed away on July 13, 2013, after ingesting a lethal combination of alcohol and heroin and was subsequently paid tribute with a special episode of Glee titled "The Quarterback" last season.

GLEE returns for its final season in 2015 on FOX.
