GLEE Lady Gaga & Katy Perry Feud In Ep 4, Featuring Lovato & Lambert

GLEE Lady Gaga & Katy Perry Feud In Ep 4, Featuring Lovato & LambertFOX's hit musical dramedy series Glee has previously paid elaborate homage to both current reigning queens of pop with famous Lady Gaga "Born This Way" and Katy Perry "Teenage Dream" production numbers, among others, but on the first episode back after the Cory Monteith tribute ("The Footballer", Ep 3 of the S5), the gleeks will explore the current chart feud between the music titans by performing hits by both artists in the same episode, with some help from American Idol standout Adam Lambert and THE X FACTOR's Demi Lovato.

The drama for the forthcoming episode titled "A Katy Or A Gaga" will feature the introduction of Adam Lambert as Starchild, a new character with an unusual name seeming to more than subtly reference the real-life theatre and music group co-founded by Glee lead Darren Criss, Team Starkid.

Additionally, X FACTOR judge and pop star Demi Lovato will also continue her recurring arc in this episode, as well.

As for the music, "A Katy Or A Gaga" will reportedly include takes on classic hits as well as brand new songs from the highly anticipated feuding Fall albums by Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, ARTPOP and PRISM, respectively.

The song-list for the episode reportedly includes Lambert and Lovato leading the entire cast on Perry's "Roar", while Darren Criss joins with some New Directions vocalists for Gaga's "Applause". Also, Lambert is set to sing a solo rendition of Gaga's BORN THIS WAY rocker "Marry The Night" and Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" also makes an appearance in the song-stack for the ep in a group cover.
