Felicity Huffman Hosts Atlantic Theater Company's 30th Anniversary Gala Tonight

Atlantic Theater Company will present its landmark 30th Anniversary Gala tonight, March 2, 2015 at The Pierre (2 East 61 Street) hosted by Atlantic Founding Ensemble Member and Academy Award nominee Felicity Huffman.

Directed by Neil Pepe with musical direction by Matt Gallagher, the annual gala will celebrate thirty Atlantic seasons with an evening of music and performances from the Atlantic Ensemble and celebrity artists and honor Charles R. Bendit and Paul E. Pariser, co-CEOs of Taconic Investment Partners for their long-time partnership with Atlantic.

The Gala will begin at 6:30pm at The Pierre with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a three-course dinner at 7:30pm, a live auction, and star-studded musical entertainment. Gala ticket prices begin at $1,000 and may be purchased by contacting 646-216-1086 or gala@atlantictheater.org.

The annual Gala is Atlantic's most important fundraising event of the year. Gala contributions make up more than 25% of the total donations to Atlantic in an entire season and will benefit Atlantic's productions, new play development and arts education initiatives for more than 3,000 public school students across New York City. These programs give children from underserved backgrounds the increasingly rare opportunity to express themselves creatively and promote in-school engagement.

Past Atlantic Galas have saluted Emmy and Golden Globe Award winning actress and Ensemble member Felicity Huffman, Atlantic co-founders William H. Macy and David Mamet, and Academy Award winning Atlantic Ensemble member Mary Steenburgen and husband Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Ted Danson.
