I would like to look like this when I grow up - I am being totally serious! Amy Adams is the epitome of classic, elegant and chic in this retro-esque Lanvin dress. I am mad about Lanvin and I am equally mad about this dress. I love the mix of old and new with the full skirt and long hemlime that balance out the plunging neckline. Adams looks like a "lady who lunches" that is keeping some sort of naughty secret.

I also love her styling of the dress. Adams pushes the modern aspects of the dress with the belt and her studded shoes. She kept her hair and makeup simple - I think a sleek hair style was definitely the way to go. I don't think Adams has ever looked better and more confident. She doesn't look like she is trying to hard to be chic. She just is. That is one of the amazing things about Lanvin. The clothing has a understated confidence and elegance that allows the woman to shine through.
