This picture of Jessic Alba makes me so excited for the upcoming awards season. Bring on the gowns! Alba always nails it on the red carpet. One reason is because she never shys away from color. Whether it's a big event, like the oscars, or a movie premier, Alba is not afraid to make to use color as her big statement piece. This fuscia Reem Acra dress is a perfect example.

First off, I was bowled over by the brightness of the gown and I don't mean that in a negative way. This dress demands attention but in the most simple, classic and elegant silhouette. The color combined with the chic sihouette is what makes this dress so successful. And Alba kept her styling easy as well, only adding earrings, so that the dress was the star. I am so excited to see what else Alba wears at the upcoming awards shows!
