The first celebrity has been revealed for the upcoming season of ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS! According to US Weekly, Jodie Sweetin, best known for her role as middle sister Stephanie Tanner in ABC's FULL HOUSE will take to the dance floor when the Season 22 kicks off.

The actress previously told NJ.com, "I started dancing when I was, like, 3. I don't know if you called what I did great dancing, but it was fun." She added, "The girls I danced with in [Full House] were girls I actually trained with in the studio. So I danced outside the show and they sort of incorporated that as part of the character for Stephanie."

A source also revealed to US Weekly that the 34-year-old's co-stars who portray Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky on the show were not as enthused about dancing on live television. "John Stamos and Lori Loughlin have turned down the show," they shared.

Sweetin will soon reprise her role in Netflix's highly anticipated reboot of Full House titled FULLER HOUSE. The majority of the original ABC sitcom are on board for the project.
