We will present emerging playwright, Kris Lundberg's, new full-length play, "Muse."  Written by Shakespeare's Sister Company Founder and Artistic Director, Kris Lundberg.  Directed by Misti Wills. Featuring Jason Emanuel, Aaron Simms, Steve Mazzoccone, Erin Layton, Kris Lundberg, Jenny Grenada, Shelley Ray, Aina Rapoza and Grace Ecton.

Based on a true story, "Muse" is "the scandalous love story of an elite, distinguished pre-Raphaelite artist, Dante Gabriel Rossetti and his muse and model, Elizabeth Siddal who becomes the first woman ever to exhibit in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.  Lizzie Siddal is best known for John Millais famous painting, Ophelia.  Join us for a dramatization of her life."

August 13th from 6:30 - 9:00pm at The Delancey,
located at 168 Delancey Street (between Clinton and Attorney).

This will be the final show in our 2012 play reading series celebrating emerging women playwrights.  Actors, audience, writers ... all are welcome to join in this literary pow-wow sharing great works, which could be the next Broadway hit! Free event with a one drink minimum.  Over 21+ only.
