Deni Rutland has spent a lifetime trying to escape her dysfunctional family, with little success. Now, on the occasion of her 40th birthday, she is making one last attempt at freedom. Either/Or was a top three finalist play with the Moondance International Festival. Most recently it was read as part of Theatre for the New City's Scratch Night program; this MITF:Summer production represents its world premiere presentation.
