"Eeek! A Mousical" based on the Aesop fable, 'The Town Mouse & The Country Mouse' is set to begin a limited off-Broadway run at Stage 72, 158 West 72nd Street, New York, Saturday April 5 at 11:00am with subsequent performances every Saturday through May 31. The musical with book and lyrics by Jack Dyville and music & lyrics by John Stutte are the same team that brought the hit musical, "A Mermaids' Tale" to Stage 72 for 8 months in 2013. The fable is brought up to date in this fun & lively musical for all ages. Bara, our City Mom (JULIA MENN) is finding the hectic pace of life for she and her family a little bit frustrating, what with all the new technology that has engulfed the city.

She longs for an escape to the Country to visit her sister, Clarisa (VICKI OCEGUERA) and her family and convinces her family this is a good idea. . A few hours, however may prove to be all the peace and quiet the city gang can take! Then, when the country mice go to the city could they find that 'the throngs of people and honking horns' are a little too frightening. Does each family begin to realize that what they enjoy might not be the same as what other people enjoy? Does this fable make a point that each of us is different and we should learn to love and respect our differences? The 60 Minute show, with no intermission is a Theatre For Young Audiences presentation and brought to you by Friends Always Creating Theatre in association with Oliver Studios. TheatreMania says, "FACT produces enjoyable projects, but the best thing they produce is children's theatre!" With Direction by Jeremy Neal, choreography by Kyle James Johnson and stage manager Monica Fritcher; this is the third production from FACT of this exciting and popular musical and the first full-scale off-Broadway revival. It was previously seen in a showcase presentation at Joria Theatre in New York where Theatre OnLine said; "An awesome show for kids and adults! Catchy Songs. Cleverly Written Script" while TheatreMania exclaimed; "Holy Cow What a Treat! A sweet and entertaining show... terrific opportunity for older folks and children to experience and enjoy theatre together."

Though making his directorial debut with FACT, Mr. Neal is no stranger to Children's Theatre and serves as Founder- of Oliver Studios. He has performed or directed all over the country and has worked in theatre management as well as event planning. http://www.jeremynealonline.yolasite.com.
