Pop superstar Debbie Gibson will join the cast of New York's wildest pop musical TOTALLY TUBULAR TIME MACHINE, where you can travel back in time to party up close and personal with Katy Perry, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Justin Bieber and Nicky Minaj (just name a few), on Saturday, April 13, 2013 - ONE NIGHT ONLY!

See what happens when Debbie Gibson meets herself in 1989! The Queen of the Decades gives TTTM's "Debbie" a glimpse into her future, starting with a video tribute of her brilliant career, leading into a stellar performance of "Electric Youth"! And as a grand finale, the "present day" Debbie performs " Shake Your Love" with the entire cast!

"This interactive show combines everything I love about Culture Club, the 80's and traditional musical theater" says Gibson. "I can't wait to join this young enthusiastic cast for a totally tubular one night only experience of a lifetime!"

"When she agreed to come on board the cast went wild. It's will be a huge honor to pay tribute to the Original Pop Princess Debbie Gibson," says Robert Watman, Producer, Co-Creator.

A music prodigy, Debbie Gibson exploded on the Billboard Pop Charts at the tender age of 16 with the self-penned, "Only In My Dreams." The "Original Pop Princess" quickly became the youngest person ever to write, produce and perform a number one hit song, "Foolish Beat," a record she still holds today in the Guinness Book of World Records. To date, Gibson has sold more than 16 million albums worldwide. After conquering the pop world with three consecutive albums and world tours, she set her sights on the theater. Debbie went on to do 17 musicals in 17 years including Broadway's Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, and Cabaret. More recently she's starred in movies for Syfy, her original song Rise was shortlisted for an academy nomination for Dr. Rutledge's documentary 3 Billion and Counting, and she even appeared in Katy Perry's music video for "Last Friday Night (TGIF)l"! Debbie raised more than $50k for Children International on "The Celebrity Apprentice," and made a cameo in the film "Rock of Ages." Currently, Gibson is in the studio recording a new U.S. album but is taking time out to perform in a show The New York Post describes as "Saturday Night Fever Set in MTV Heyday Culture."

While we're a full Off-Broadway production with a full theatrical creative team in place, the show really does become a party!" explains producer and co-creator Denise Fennell. "This is a chance to experience celebrity culture in a way that's usually only ever seen in the tabloids and now our audiences can do it with Debbie Gibson!"

"You're not just at the party, you are the party," says Robert Watman, Producer, Co-Creator. Watman is the CEO of the 1970s and 1980s themed clubs Polly Esther's and Culture Club. Polly Esther's and Culture Club were among the largest nightclub chains in the United States and every weekend transported 50,000 people back to the 1970s and 1980s. "It's the ultimate interactive pop music experience because anything can happen between you and stars like Britney Spears, Justin Bieber, Ginger Spice, Vanilla Ice, Katy Perry, JLo and Puffy, too. Envision a Madam Tussaud's that comes to life."
