Cuccioli to Direct Westchester Broadway Theatre's JEKYLL AND HYDE; Opens 9/30

Robert Cuccioli will direct Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse's JEKYLL AND HYDE at the Westchester Broadway Theatre, the theatre's official website announces.  Cuccioli played the title roles in the original Broadway production of JEKYLL AND HYDE and was nominated for a Tony Award for his performance. 

The production will open on September 30, 2010 and will  run until November 28.  It will then close, but it will reopen from December 29 to Februrary 5. 

In addition to JEKYLL AND HYDE, Cuccioli's Broadway credits include LES MISERABLES and a benefit of ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY.  His off-Broadway and regional credits include AND THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND, THE ROTHSCHILDS, 1776, and PHANTOM.  Previous directing credits include THE GLASS MENAGERIE and JEKYLL AND HYDE.
