Constantine Maroulis and Alison Fraser Will Lead The Score's Podcast Recording of OUTLAWS

Tony nominee Constantine Maroulis (Rock of Ages, American Idol) will lead a concert presentation of Outlaws presented as part of The Score Podcast.

He will be joined by two-time Tony nominee Alison Fraser (The Secret Garden, First Daughter Suite), Drama Desk nominee Jeremy Morse (Waitress), Michael McCorry Rose (Wicked), Kacie Sheik (Hair), Eric William Morris (Mamma Mia), Andy Taylor (Once), Will Carlyon (Cabaret), and Sean Patrick Monahan (Diva).

OUTLAWS, with music and lyrics by Alexander Sage Oyen and book by James Presson, will be recorded live at Le Poisson Rouge on October 24th at 7:00pm and 9:30pm. This is the new musical's first full, public presentation in New York after past development at Goodspeed Festival of New Musicals, the ASCAP Workshop and the Dramatists Guild Fellowship.

The cast also includes Drew Arisco, Jordan Ford, Rachel B. Joyce, Jessica Kahkoska, Monet Sabel, RJ Vaillancourt, and ElAnna White.

OUTLAWS is a hard-boiled, historical fiction featuring a robust Americana score. Frustrated with Washington and hard-up for cash, Jesse James and his brother Frank take matters into their own hands robbing banks, courting the press, and killing anyone who gets in their way. OUTLAWS is the story of a bitterly divided America and the demagogues who try to save it.

This concert will be produced by Jenna Grossano and features musical direction by Luke McGinnis.

The band includes Elena Bonomo, Sarah Haines, Ally Jenkins, Kristine Kruta, Chris Langhans, Luke McGinnis, Cynthia Meng, and Evan Tyor. The evening will be stage managed by Trey Johnson.

Alexander Sage Oyen is the recipient of the 2014 ASCAP Foundation's Lucille and Jack Yellen award for lyricists. Noah Himmelstein), FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS (Walkerspace), LITTLE TOWN BLUES (Wild Project), Little Mac, Little Mac, YOU'RE THE VERY MAN (Less Than Rent, co-written with SP Monahan), MONEY$HOT (Orlando Rep, music/lyrics by Oyen), and THE ICEBERG THEORY (Sewanee Writers Conference).
