He moved from The Hills of Kentucky to the Hollywood Hills. Now, comedian Stevie D. (a.k.a. Stevie DuPin) brings his down-home style of humor to "The Stevie D. Show," a new talk show that explores the personal side of his celebrity guests, from the confines of the host's "trailer home."

Beginning November 4, a new episode of "The Stevie D. Show" will go online each Monday at 12:01 a.m. on the Actors Entertainment channel of the Actors Podcast Network, at www.actorsentertainment.com.

Billed as a show featuring Hollywood's "hell raisers and trail blazers," The Stevie D. Show will include jokes, jabs and conversation between Stevie and celebrity guests who have overcome personal challenges to achieve success in their respective fields. The show was inspired by the comedian's own experience dealing with prostate cancer, a subject about which he has written a book, to be published in 2014.

"I didn't want this to be just another show about celebrities pitching their latest projects," said Stevie, who previously created the successful DVD concert film Rockstars of Comedy. "Of course, we'll talk about show business, but I also want to get into the challenges they've had to overcome, and what kept them motivated when they felt like quitting. The show will be inspirational without hitting you over the head."

Stevie's guest in Episode 1 is actor and comedian Darren Carter, who has appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Comics Unleashed," "Premium Blend" on Comedy Central, and as a supporting character in the 2005 movie "Be Cool" with John Travolta. Guests in subsequent weeks will include comedian and actress Kira Soltanovich ("Girls Behaving Badly"), actress Jill-Michele Meleán ("MADtv"), comedian and producer Sam Tripoli ("Rockstars of Comedy") and more.

"Stevie D. is a caring, sharing comedian with a funny hillbilly humor and a special camaraderie with others," said Pepper Jay, producer of "The Stevie D. Show" and executive producer of Actors Entertainment. "I am excited to be working with him."

Actors Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based web channel that features a variety of programs focusing on the entertainment industry. In addition to "The Stevie D. Show," programs include "Acting in Style," "Actors E Chat," "Model's Best Friend," "Sidebeat Music," "Motivational Chat," "Thespian Thoughts," "Tinsel on the Town" and "Johnny Shorts" and more. "The Stevie D. Show" is a production of Pepper Jay Productions LLC, and airs on www.ActorsEntertainment.com, a channel on the Actors Podcast Network.
