Columbus Children's Theatre will present Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse, based on the book by Kevin Henkes and adapted for the stage by Kevin Kling, March 7-24, 2013. This production will be directed by Chris Rusen and is recommended for ages 4 and older.
About the Show
Lilly's got spunk. She's got charm. And she's got a fantastic plastic purse that jingles a jaunty tune whenever she opens it. How great is that? But when her favorite teacher, Mr. Slinger, takes her harmonious handbag away in the middle of class, Lilly gets mad. She even gets even. And we all get to follow the comical tale of an impulsive little mouse who has a thing or two to learn about saying sorry and staying friends.
