Chris Carmack Promoted to NASHVILLE Series Regular

TVline reports that Chris Carmack, who appeared in the freshman season of ABC's NASHVILLE, has been promoted to a series regular. The actor will join Lennon and Maisy Stella in taking on full-time roles on the country music-themed drama.

O.C. alum Camack portrays Will, a gay friend of Gunnar. The Stella siblings play sisters Maddie and Daphne, children of Rayna and Teddy.

"Nashville" stars Connie Britton as Rayna Jaymes, Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes, CLARE BOWEN as Scarlett O'Connor, ERIC CLOSE as Teddy Conrad, Charles Esten as Deacon Claybourne, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley, Sam Palladio as Gunnar Scott, Robert Ray Wisdom as Coleman Carlisle and Powers Boothe as Lamar Wyatt.

The series airs Wednesdays at 10:00 pm/ET on the ABC network.
