Cher Performs at Brandon Voss' Today Party Q at Marquee Tonight

Gay nightlife impresario Brandon Voss returns with a vengeance as he presents the one and the only CHER to guest appear at his new Thursday party Q, which is hosting its grand opening at Marquee tonight, June 27th. Voss will also be presenting a special runway homage to Cher's incredible career which will be followed by Cher's introduction of her new single "Woman's World". Having just debuted her new single, "Woman's World," on June 18th on the season finale of NBC's "The Voice."

In the town known for outrageous nightlife, gay and straight have been abuzz with the recent news that XL Nightclub seemed all but doomed following the exit of Voss, its former managing partner. Rumors swirled about what might be the next step for Voss and gay nightlife's constantly changing landscape of venues, parties and stars. Voss is upholding his reputation as New York's top gay nightlife promoter with his new Thursday party Q which includes special appearances by top list celebrities. This Thursday will kick off NYC's Pride Week.

The Event is sponsored by New York's KTU where listeners can enter a contest for a chance to win 2 passes to attend this fabulous gay party. Grand prize winners will receive a meet and greet with Cher herself. Cher will be continuing her celebration of NYC Pride by performing her new single at the legendary Dance on the Pier June 30th.

Kicking off the summer with Cher at his new his new Thursday party is not all that Voss has in store for the world of gay nightlife in New York City. Voss has another weekly party on Sundays called "The Sunday Monocle." The event is held at Gallow Green located atop the McKittrick Hotel in Chelsea, the faux hotel that houses the immersive theater experience, "Sleep No More." Voss is also presenting a Gay Pride Week closing event on Sunday, June 30th by teaming up once again with Logo TV, this time, at the Highline Ballroom. Featuring 15 of the queens from the now infamous TV show "RuPaul's DragRace," which just concluded its fifth season, Voss is excited to be involved again after having hosted the official season 5 premiere and finale parties with Logo TV earlier this year. The June 30th event will be emceed by JWOWW ("Jersey Shore") and the world famous transsexual icon Candis Cayne. Voss is currently planning to launch new Friday and Saturday events in the coming months as well.
