The Coterie will present the cast of The Pasadena Playhouse's new musical comedy South Street in an intimate concert event. Against Type: The Cast of South Street features performers from this remarkable musical production in a cabaret-style revue, singing songs that would ordinarily go "against type". Company member John Massey will be the musical director for the evening. The majority of the proceeds for this event will go to The National Parkinson's Foundation. Performance will take place Monday, October 10th in The Coterie's new home in the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel & Spa.

About South Street

South Street - A New Musical Comedy, is currently in its world premiere engagement at The Pasadena Playhouse. From an old firehouse, to a strip joint, to the now-celebrated location of the annual Full Moon Festival, Sammy's Place has been a fixture on Philadelphia's eclectic South Street for decades. It's a place where the locals come to celebrate life and to discover the legendary magic of the rabbit that dwells in Sammy's moon clock hanging over the bar. The club now lies at a crossroads with the ownership threatened and its future in jeopardy. So come on in, grab a seat and experience a song-and-dance filled magical evening of love, laughter and family on South Street - a new musical comedy.

The company of South Street includes:
