The Carrollwood Players Theatre, 4333 Gunn Highway, tees off in February with Ken Ludwig's The Fox on the Fairway, a modern day farce about love and golf. Taking place in the tap room of the exclusive Quail Valley Country Club, the story is rich with colorful, madcap characters and a hilarious plot that moves at a furious, but always engaging, pace. Golf has never been this much fun to watch!

Directed by Miguel E. Rodriguez and produced by Marc S. Sanders, The Fox on the Fairway will make you laugh out loud and wish the merriment would never end.

"After reading headline after headline about gun violence, election coverage and Lovie and Bernie and Donald, I could use a good, honest laugh for a couple of hours," said Director Rodriguez. "That's our modest goal with this production. We have a top-notch cast working with a world-class script, and we are shooting for nothing less than for everyone in the audience to leave with their sides still hurting from laughing. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this experience."

The play runs weekends from February 5 through February 27; Fridays and Saturdays at 8 PM and Sundays at 3.

Tickets, $20 for adults, $17 for seniors, students and military with valid ID, may be purchased online at http://carrollwood-players-theatre.ticketleap.com.
