California Music Circus Sets Summer 2014 Season: A CHORUS LINE, SOUTH PACIFIC & More

California Music Circus, renowned by theater professionals and fans across the country, has announced its summer 2014 season, including A CHORUS LINE, SOUTH PACIFIC, and more. Each summer the Music Circus series features new productions of classic musicals with some of the most talented professional actors available, Tony-winning Broadway veterans and stars of touring Broadway, film and TV. The theatre-in-the-round setting puts audiences so close to the action that they feel lke part of the show.
Music Circus has been a summer family tradition in Sacramento for generations.

Music Circus was founded in 1951 as the first professional musical theatre in the round west of Mississippi. Until 2002, its first-class productions were presented under a canvas tent, the last of its kind in the country. In 2003, on the same site as the original canvas tent, California Musical Theatre opened the Wells Fargo Pavilion, which combines the traditional arena stage with improved audience comfort. Music Circus is the largest continually operating musical theatre-in-the-round in the country, making it a landmark in the professional theatre community
