CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was the #1 Sunday morning news program and posted year-to-year double-digit percentage increases in adults 25-54 - the demographic that matters most to those who advertise in news - as well as viewers and households, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for June 2, 2013.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 3.7/11 with 5.17m viewers and a 1.3/07 in adults 25-54. Compared to the same day last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +18% in adults 25-54 (from 1.1/06) and up +16% in both viewers (from 4.46m) and households (from 3.2/10).

Television year-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +7% in adults 25-54 (1.5/07 from 1.4/07) and up +8% in both households (4.0/11 from 3.7/10) and viewers (5.66m from 5.24m) compared to last year.
Sunday's broadcast was anchored by Lee Cowan and featured Tracy Smith's report on a medical breakthrough that appears to effectively treat some forms of pediatric cancer; Cowan's profile of Maroon 5 singer-songwriter, TV star and entrepreneur Adam Levine; Serena Altschul's report on a Philadelphia Museum of Art exhibit on the works of untrained "outsider" artists; Michelle Miller's interview with former Mets and Yankees pitcher Doc Gooden; and Mo Rocca's conversation with Hollywood superstar Bette Midler.
