This week I finally saw Sister Act on Broadway!  I was thrilled not only to take in the remarkable Patina Miller, Victoria Clark, and their fabulous supporting cast, but also because my attendance marked a very special milestone for me.  As of this week, I can officially say that I've seen every show currently running on Broadway!!

In my excitement, and on a complete whim, I tweeted the following:

In honor of me finally seeing Sister Act, I invite you into my confessional to release your #BwayConfessions.  Welcome, my children...

Little did I know that I was opening up the floodgates, and that Broadway fans -- and stars! -- would take up the call and enter my humble twitter confessional.  For the next three straight hours, and sporadically over the days since, I poured over hundreds of Broadway-related admissions.  And I have to tell you, reading them has entertained me as much as Broadway can do.

Some of the confessions are moving, and some are hilarious; some contradict each other while others echo each other eerily.  Some are adorable and innocent; a few are on the darker side.  Many involve secret dreams... and a satisfying number take pride in dreams-come-true.

The below are a few of my favorites.  I hope you're as amused, touched, and inspired by them as I have been.  And don't forget to tweet your own #BwayConfessions or leave them in the comments below.
