Broadway in South Africa Creates Special Star-Filled eBay Auctions, Holiday Party & More

Broadway in South Africa, the non-profit organization that brings Broadway professionals to South Africa as teaching artists and performers, has listed a number of special auction items on eBay.

Auction packages available include:

- Two tickets to the LA company of Wicked and the chance to watch star Eden Espinosa be "greenified" before the show! The winner of the auction will also be treated to a backstage tour after the show by Espinosa and co-star Megan Hilty.

- House seats and a backstage tour at the Broadway musicals Mamma Mia, Avenue Q, In the Heights, Hairspray, and more.

- 2009 Wicked calendar signed by stars Julia Murney, Kendra Kassebaum, Sebastian Arcelus, and Eden Espinosa.

- Prop can of "Ultra Clutch" hairspray signed by the entire cast of the hit musical Hairspray

- Rent 14" x 22" poster, not available for sale, signed by the entire final cast

In addition, Broadway in South Africa will host a holiday fundraising party in the lobby of the Minskoff Theatre, home of Disney's The Lion King, on Monday, December 15th at 7pm. Tickets include open bar and h'ordrves, live music including performances by Kate Shindle, Katie Thompson, and Scott Alan, a silent auction featuring Broadway-themed packages, trapeze lessons, a one-week time share, and much more.

Broadway in South Africa aims to develop a cross-cultural exchange between 
youth who are in need and artists who seek to use their talents for change.
