The NY Daily News reports that a corpse which washed up in the Hudson River on Sunday, has been identified as Broadway technician Jason Lindahl. The 27-year-old was a production video technician for the Broadway musical 'Ghost.'

Lindahl served as a production video technician for Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark from August 2010 to June 2011. His other theater credits included Associate Media Designer for Dreamgirls at New York's Apollo Theatre and Associate Media Designer for the 2010 Broadway production of Bye Bye Birdie. He graduated with a degree in lighting design from the University of Illinois.

Lindahl had been reported missing last Sunday morning. He was last seen at his Astoria, Queens apartment on 34th St. near Broadway.  According to police sources, he had sent suicidal emails to his friends just days before vanishing. A handwritten suicide note was also left at his home.

Lindahl's fully clothed body was discovered just north of the George Washington Bridge near W. 179th St. in Manhattan at approximately 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday, police confirmed. The cause of death has not yet been determined by the medical examiner.
