Broadway Palm presents the dynamic international hit Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, playing now through November 15, 2014. The award-winning, rock and roll celebration tells the brief, but spectacular, musical career of the legendary Buddy Holly.

More than 50 years after "the music died", the life and times of this true rock and roll icon come to the Broadway Palm stage in a thrilling production that highlights Buddy's smash hits. The show takes the audience on a musical journey through Buddy's impressive rise to fame, from his humble country roots to the top of the record charts. Buddy's original sound and dazzling talent are highlighted with live renditions of his greatest hits. You'll be dancing in the aisles and cheering for more when you hear Maybe Baby, Every Day, Peggy Sue, That'll be the Day, Oh Boy, and Rave On. The show's final scene is a concert that includes Buddy Holly along with The Big Bopper performing Chantilly Lace and Ritchie Valens singing La Bamba.

The production is directed and choreographed by Amy Marie McCleary and the assistant director is Todd Meredith. Along with being assistant director, Todd is also playing the role of Buddy Holly. This is Todd's 16th professional production in this role and this his second time playing the role for Broadway Palm, having appeared in their 2007 production. Todd tours the country as a Buddy Holly tribute artist and was just cast as Buddy Holly in the upcoming 2015 national tour.
