The furry and rambunctious cast of Jim Henson's iconic The Muppets lend their unique talents to JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR via an impressively inventive new album experiment titled MUPPET CHRIST SUPERSTAR by committed fan Christopher Graham (who voices all the characters in the parody).

"If you strip away the myth from the frog / You will see where we all soon will be / Kermit!" passionately sings Gonzo (as Judas Iscariot) to Kermit (Jesus Christ) in the rocking opener, "Heaven On Their Minds", faithfully recreating the sounds of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's iconic Biblical rock opera in doing so.

Additionally, Miss Piggy - who else? - portrays Mary Magedelene and Rowlf The Dog essays the role of Herod.

Yet, the real question still remains: what will Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice say about all of this?! Hopefully, they will have a Christian attitude about it all - it is Holy Week, after all.

A disclaimer on the site reads: "This is a parody created for entertainment purposes only. I do not own the rights to the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber or the likenesses of Jim Henson's Muppets, unfortunately. I'd be a whole lot cooler if I did."
