BookPal Launches Bargain Books Platform

BookPal, an online specialty bookstore, announces the addition of overstock books to its catalog of over 3 million titles available in bulk. Historically, BookPal has focused exclusively on new books and quantity sales of 25 or more copies per title. Overstock sales are a new avenue for BookPal, but the company has already seen success since the launch of the bargain book section in Spring 2014.

"Adding bargain books to our online store provides another opportunity for our customers to get the best price on bulk orders," says Operations Manager Ketara Gadahn. "Clients who want cheap books can browse the bargain book section for high-quality overstock inventory." Not to be mistaken with used books, overstock titles have not been read before and are in good condition. Bargain books are differentiated from new stock by small markings on the spine or pages.

In addition to adding a section dedicated to bargain books on the website homepage, BookPal will also be providing information and inventory updates via social media sites like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. "Since overstock quantities are limited and can sell out quickly, we'll be posting the latest updates on availability to our social media pages," explains BookPal's Marketing Associate Michelle Drucker. "The bargain book section features many popular titles for our corporate and educational clients with new titles added weekly."
