Blue Lapis Light's SHADOWS OF THE HEART Aerial Dance Showcase Set for 2/21-22

Shadows of the Heart, an aerial silks student showcase featuring dances created by students and faculty of Blue Lapis Light, is set for February 21st and 22nd, 2014 from 8:00 - 9:30pm at the Boyd Vance Theatre (in the Carver Museum), 1165 Angelina St., Austin, TX. Blue Lapis Light instructs students of all ages and levels in the art of aerial dance year round. Shadows of the Heart is an opportunity for the wider community to experience the thrill of aerial dance.

How to get tickets: $12-$25 through Blue Lapis Light's website (http://bluelapislight.org/performances/). Tickets may also be purchased by credit card, cash or check at the door for $15-$30.

Shadows of the Heart delves into the shadowy landscape of the human heart. Pulled towards despair and revenge, performers move through our tender emotions and cling to a hope for transcendent love.
