Stage and screen star Betty Buckley comes to Joe's Pub at The Public for a run of live shows, October 7, 9-11, to celebrate her latest album Ghostlight, out on September 16 on Palmetto Records. Buckley will perform the new music from the record, which was produced by her longtime friend and fellow music legend T Bone Burnett. Tickets are $50-75, and available now online: www.joespub.com, by phone (212-967-7555) or in person at The Public Theater Box Office (425 Lafayette, NYC).

The rare combination of Buckley and Burnett's talents create an atmosphere that takes listeners to another time and place on Ghostlight. That chemistry, forged from a decades-long friendship, will be evident in Buckley's shows at the Pub. "All great art comes from the edge, not a place of comfort," commented Burnett. "Our vision was for a ghostly haunting sound, which I called 'crime jazz,' giving the project a timeless feel."

Ghostlight is available for pre-order online now, and will be on sale at the show in both limited edition commemorative art box set and standard CD.
