The Leopard Works Records today announced the new album, Porcelain, the first from Broadway star Bebe Neuwirth.

Bebe is a two-time Emmy and two-time Tony winner and one of Broadway's most exciting triple threats. Although she has recorded many songs as part of cast albums, this is her first official solo album. It contains fifteen tracks recorded at Second Story Sound in NYC, in September of 2011. She is accompanied by Scott Cady on Piano, who is also the musical director on the project.

Scott and Bebe are joined by John Beal on Bass, Broadway's go to drummer, Dave Rataczjak and top Broadway reed player Dave Riekenberg. The engineer/producer is Scott Lehrer and the Executive producer is Chris Calkins. Bot just show tunes, the album is an eclectic group of songs, which include Blackbird by the Beatles, Invitation to the Blues, by Tom Waits, The Bilbao Song, by Kurt Weill and
The Madame song by Stephen Sondheim.

The Album is be available digitally on iTunes now, and in physical CD s at The Leopard Works Records Website 11/15/11.
