WOW!!! This show is simply amazing! The cast is brilliant and Chester Gregory rules the stage!!!! I flew out from Seattle to see this show and so glad I did. The Apollo, Chester Gregory, the cast...this production is smart and very entertaining. The vocals are chilling and who would not want to see this over and over? What makes a Broadway show great is the songs that stick in your head, and the performances that stand alone....DREAMGIRLS has it all.

I adored the show. THe cast was fantastic and Andrew Lippa's music was fun and lively.

I hear the musical will play 3 or 4 times each evening. I guess this means their will be at least two full casts, much like a Disney theme park show, yes?

Drew Sarich made quite an impressive Judas. I have never heard this Adam Lambert guys sing, mainly because American Idol is a joke of a TV show, so I can't comment on him. Do we really need another JCS on film though? I love the score and have many recordings, but we already have a few film representations tat are good enough.

I just saw it too. While it started off well the final scnese were just overkill... screaming, peeing on the stage, jumping on the bed... And in case I didn't get it yet, the mian charcter spouts the theme of children having to parent their parents in seven or eight variations. Too too much.

Have to agree with jef, Brett Claywell is VERY HANDSOME indeed so is Nick and Scott for that. Whoever wins their hearts is going to be very lucky girls and guys!

Sounding smooth, i will buy this. looking good too and beautiful family. Glad there is still music from Ruuuuuuben and would still like him to tour with Clay yeah i know they moved on and don't sing the same type of music but best AI season ever and they can both really sing in their different ways. a girl can dream lol

Liberace's Las Vegas mansion called Las Vegas Villa is absolutely beautiful. The new owner (since 2006) and his girlfriend have really done a nice job with keeping it up. Lynda Delgado, his girlfriend, graciously allowed us into the home for a tour and it was marvelous! Its the same house where he filmed his famous bathtub scene, and has a replica of the Sistine Chapel painted on Liberace's bedroom ceiling. It was painted by a direct descendent of Michaelangelo. They keep his old bedroom (with original furniture) as a show room, but it can be rented out.

I've been searching for "The Capeman" original cast recording for years now! There are only 13 songs on Simon's "Capeman" album, but there are 32 songs in the play. Might anyone know if such an album even exists?
