Last year, I took a digital performance art class. And to be totally honest, I didn't think that I would love it, and sometimes I didn't love it. It forced me to step outside my comfort zone and put myself out there as both a designer and as a person presenting my designs. I spent long hours in the computer lab compositing this video - a video I never thought I would make.

I interviewed my best friend, Teyonna Johnson, about her experience as an actress growing up and her involvement in Auburn University Theatre over FaceTime. Due to faulty Wi-Fi, probably, our call was lost a dozen times trying to film this. I've always learned to roll with the punches (and faulty Wi-Fi!), so this piece ended up being mostly us "reconnecting" - with each other, literally and figuratively, and telling stories about theatre.
