Coventry's Belgrade Theatre is hotfooting it into spring with a diverse mix of music and dance on the Main Stage that runs from Monday 10 to Saturday 15 March.

The week starts with Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story. Now in its 25th year, this multi-award winning West End show featuring over two hours of rock 'n' roll favourites, makes a welcome return to the Belgrade stage on Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 March at 7.45pm and a matinee on Tuesday at 2.30pm.

Seen by over 22 million people world-wide, this feel-good musical follows the Buddy Holly story from the beginning, charting his meteoric rise to fame through to his poignant final performance at The Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa.

On Wednesday 12 March at 7.45pm, The King of Pop - The Legend Continues moonwalks onto the Belgrade's Main Stage. Navi - world-renowned Michael Jackson impersonator - takes to the stage once more with a live band and dancers to recreate the mega-hit classics from the early Jackson 5 era through to the Thriller and Smooth Criminal years.

Navi has been performing as a Michael Jackson tribute act for twenty years and has played in over 50 countries but his personal highlight was being invited to perform at Michael Jackson's 45th birthday party in Los Angeles.

"To meet Michael was one thing, but to perform in front of the greatest entertainer of all time and to perform his songs was no easy feat and extremely nerve-wracking." Said Navi.

Stepping the tempo down a little, the Belgrade welcomes back Moscow Ballet - La Classique with two romantic, dance masterpieces, Swan Lake and Giselle. Swan Lake is being performed on the Main Stage on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 March at 7.45pm with performances of Giselle on Saturday 15 March at 2.30pm and 7.45pm.

Set to Tchaikovsky's memorable score, Swan Lake is the classic fairytale ballet with its powerful story of love, betrayal and the triumph of good over evil which has captured the imagination of audiences the world over. Giselle tells the haunting story of a beautiful village maiden who falls in love with a prince - a traditional, romantic tale set to a striking musical score that has ensured its place at the top of ballet classics.

Tickets for all of these shows are available now from the Belgrade Box Office on 024 7655 3055 priced from £17.25 - £27 and £19.75 - £27 for The King of Pop or via www.belgrade.co.uk where cheaper tickets are available.
