"Art Gallery Tours New York" has announced an Upper East Side gallery tour for Saturday, Feb. 28 at 1:00 PM. Meet at 1018 Madison Ave. at E. 78th St. Cost of tour: $25.

Visit seven contemporary art exhibits in converted mansions and town houses throughout the Upper East Side. We find and explain that week's most fascinating exhibits, in the areas of painting, sculpture, electronic media, and photography. Led by Rafael Risemberg, Ph.D.
