MTV announced today that the "2014 MTV Movie Awards" will feature an exclusive, never-before-seen electrifying scene from the highly anticipated film The Amazing Spider-Man 2(TM), which swings into theatres on May 2. The sneak peek will be introduced on tape by the film's returning stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone who will be joined by new villain Jamie Foxx.

The "2014
MTV Movie Awards" will once again officially kick-off the summer blockbuster season, promising to deliver yet another epically funny, explosive, over-the-top show that features fan favorite films and actors.
Channing Tatum is set to receive the third annual "MTV Trailblazer Award" honoring him for boldly paving the way with a unique and diverse body of work. Academy Award(R) nominated actor and producer
Mark Wahlberg will be honored with the "MTV Generation Award" and fittingly be presented the award by "Entourage" cast members
Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly,
Jerry Ferrara and Kevin Dillon.
The telecast will also serve as the kick-off to summer music, featuring global superstars
Ellie Goulding and Zedd performing selections from the "Divergent Soundtrack."
Ellie Goulding will perform "Beating Heart" live for the first time, while Zedd will perform "Find You" with Miriam Bryant and Matthew Koma. In addition,
MTV is adding a music discovery slot into "MTV Movie Awards" that will feature
MTV Artist to Watch Twenty One Pilots performing their current single "Car Radio." Additional performers will be announced at a later date.
