Explore the bounds of the human voice with two contemporary composers from wildly different traditions!

The foremost vocal ensemble for contemporary music, Neue Vocalsolisten, make a rare stateside appearance at FIAF alongside New York's Talea Ensemble, presenting works by composers Ramon Lazkano and Fabien Lévy. A theatrical presentation of Lévy's Après tout tells a moving story of forgiveness in the aftermath of WWII. In Ceux à Qui, Ramon Lazkano makes it impossible to distinguish between voice and instrument in a beautiful soundscape made from a French text by Edmond Jabès.
