Alexander Sage Oyen is a recent New York transfer. As a composer/lyricist he has written Sidekicks (NYMF 2012 Reading Series), A Night Like This (Productions at Florida State University and Princeton University) and is currently working on a new piece. His album releases include If I Knew Better and Drafts: Volume One (available on iTunes, Amazon and CDBaby), and he can be heard as a vocalist on Scott Alan's Live album ("I've Already Won"). As a performer, he was seen on VH1's "In Search of the Partridge Family" and he played Tobias in Sweeney Todd opposite Faith Prince and Davis Gaines. Ahh, to be young again. He currently has no awards to his name but is the proud owner of a dog named after a scandalous politician and the entire Harry Potter wand collection. He owes everything (and he means everything) to Mom, Dad, Rebecca, Veronica, John, and the White family. He is inspired by many creators but only steals from a few. Listen closely, you'll hear.

54 Below was designed by Tony Award winner John Lee Beatty and architect Richard Lewis, lit by Tony Award winner Ken Billington with sound by Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenski. Tony Award winner Wittman serves as creative consultant, and MAC Award winner Phil Geoffrey Bond is director of programming.
