The world premiere production of a play by three-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Edward Albee (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?) will be the highlight of the McCarter Theatre's 2007-2008 season, according to Variety.

The McCarter Theatre, located in Princeton, NJ, will present Albee's Me, Myself and I in January of 2008, with the theatre's artistic director Emily Mann at the helm.   The industry publication describes the play, which will play the theatre's 360-space, as following "identical twins whose sibling rivalry hits exitenstial extremes."

Argonautika: The Voyage of Jason and the Argonauts, directed by Mary Zimmerman (Metamorphoses) will receive a production in March 2008.  Recounting the story of the Golden Fleece, Argonautika was previously seen to critical acclaim at the Lookingglass Theatre in Chicago.  It will play the McCarter's mainstage.

In the fall, Daniel Fish will direct Moliere's classic Tartuffe.  In May, the theatre will offer Mann's Chekhov adaptation A Seagull in the Hamptons, which she also directs, as well as Lydia Diamond's "seriocomic family tale" Stick Fly.
