Alan Cumming headlines The Cabaret's 2015 Summer/Fall Season with his one-man show Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs. The Scottish actor-singer unveils a naughty and comical evening of song on September 12th and 13th.

Cumming has performed to sold-out audiences across the globe and recently completed the return to his legendary performance as Emcee in Cabaret on Broadway for which he won the Tony Award. He stars as Eli Gold in the CBS hit drama The Good Wife and will serve as co-host for the 69th Annual Tony Awards on June 7th with Kristen Chenoweth.

Cumming is only one of a plethora of Broadway stars gracing The Cabaret's stage this season including Norm Lewis (The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess opposite Audra McDonald, Phantom of the Opera, LES MISERABLES, The Little Mermaid, Side Show, Miss Saigon) and Marin Mazzie (Kiss Me Kate, Spamalot, Ragtime, Next to Normal, Into the Woods and more).

Adam Kantor (Rent, Next to Normal, Avenue Q) and Betsy Wolfe (Bullets Over Broadway, Everyday Rapture, 110 in the Shade), stars of Jason Robert Brown's cult musical The Last Five Years, are set to perform a cabaret version of the same show at The Cabaret.

Two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes, star of Broadway's Rogers + Hammerstein's Cinderella, Bonnie and Clyde, Anything Goes, and Grease headlines The Cabaret's 2015 Annual Fundraiser on November 20.

Back by popular demand, Darrian Ford returns with The Cooke Book: The Music of Sam Cooke and local favorite Karen Irwin returns with A Piece of Her Heart: A Tribute to Janis Joplin.

The Cabaret's "Jazz at The Cabaret" series, presented by Morris Machine Co., Inc. and Chris Morris & James Gibson continues with jazz diva Carol Welsman and swiftly rising jazz sensation Kat Edmonson.

The Cabaret's 2015 Summer/Fall Season kicks off July 15 with international sensation, Paris Combo.

"Glitzy, glamorous an sometimes a little risqué, The Cabaret offers unforgettable nights of song with captivating, world-class performers, up close and personal," says Shannon Forsell, Artistic Director and CEO of The Cabaret.

The Cabaret continues to present once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for aspiring performers to learn from accomplished national performers. Master classes will be taught by Carol Welsman on August 15, Betsy Wolfe and Adam Kantor on October 10, and Laura Osnes on November 21. Classes are $25 to participate.

Tickets to The Cabaret's 2015 Summer/Fall Season go on sale to the public on Tuesday, June 9th and can be purchased online at www.thecabaret.org or by calling The Cabaret box office at 317-275-1169. Discount season subscription packages are available.

With one foot in Gypsy jazz and French cabaret music and the other dancing with cocktail music, Latin, and North African grooves, Paris Combo has found a twist on the French songbook tradition. The group has five studio albums. Their album Living Room became a gold record in France.

This retro-chanteuse blends creative interpretations of standards, pop hits and originals with a timeless jazz sound.
