Christopher Kimball, star of the popular television show America's Test Kitchen, brings an informative and lively look at the PBS program to the Capitol Center for the Arts on Thursday, October 16, at 7:30pm. A limited number of VIP tickets ($85 plus applicable service fees) are available that include a post-show meet and greet and a signed copy of The America's Test Kitchen Cooking School Cookbook.

The audience will get an insider's view of the show, including the process of how the equipment testings, food tastings, and science experiments take place.
