FremantleMedia, a leading international production company responsible for hit shows such as America's Got Talent and The Price is Right, will join forces with technology provider ACTV8me, to launch an interactive version of FAMILY FEUD for the big screen. Moviegoers will be able to interact with the content using their mobile devices, transforming the way audience members engage with pre-show content, and offering the opportunity to win prizes.

ACTV8me's Founder and CEO, Brian Shuster, said, "Here at ACTV8me we're constantly optimizing ways to deliver enhanced value to audiences through mass media. Now with our exclusive partnership we've embarked on another medium to add to our list providing moviegoers a level of engagement they never had before, but furthermore enabling advertisers to have measurable census level data."

Jennifer Mullin, co-CEO, FremantleMedia North America, said, "Family Feud's broad appeal and accessible gameplay are a natural fit for the movie-going audience. ACTV8me has created an innovative platform that's compatible with our content and offers an engaging experience for consumers, as well as enhanced value for advertisers."

FAMILY FEUD content and gameplay will be available in theaters for a three-minute segment prior to the feature film. Moviegoers will be able to instantly redeem prizes at the venue, for items such as popcorn and beverages. The game interactivity also offers a platform for targeted advertising. This data-driven media integration provides brands the ability to target viewers based on their age, gender, location and media consumption, hence bringing the reach of traditional advertising from the theater level to the individual level. Brands can also participate with the platform via prizing and incentives by providing the consumer with digital coupons. Metrics following redemption enable advertisers to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns in real time.
