For steak lovers and seafood fanciers alike, Midtown East's 212 Steakhouse, a modern spin on a classic steakhouse, will serve a three-course prix fixe Valentine's Day dinner.

The mood will be set with themed décor including red linen and candles on tables, roses for each guest, and romantic music.

Cuisine from the sea will include Whole Maine Lobster with lemon emulsion sauce and Tartare of Oysters, Scallops and Salmon with ginger dressing. Land fare includes balsamic-glazed Wagyu Filet Mignon with truffle mashed potatoes alongside grilled asparagus and Rack of Lamb with mustard-shallot sauce, rosemary marbled potatoes, and rainbow carrots.

Additionally 212 Steakhouse will serve two special a la carte cocktails: "The Perfect Kiss" has Brut Champagne with the perfect kiss of Chambord liqueur and Sugar Cut Diamond. The "Romance" has Grey Goose vodka with St. Germain Elderflower liqueur and fresh berries, topped with Champagne.

The Valentine's Day Dinner is priced at $120 per person. 212 Steakhouse is located at 316 East 53rd Street, New York, NY, 10022. Call 212-858-0646 or visit www.212steakhouse.com for more information.
