The mini-mag features the latest updates on Adelaide Festival's eclectic contemporary music program including artist interviews, cast announcements and a jam-packed DJ line-up for Soundpond.net Late Sessions. Sisters Elana and Yael Stone (Orange is the New Black) are announced to join the cast of Tommy. Camille O'Sullivan is confirmed to play the role of Tommy's mother, and reveals how it feels to be part of Eric Mingus' remarkable reimagining of The Who's classic rock opera.

Indie scene staple Bertie Blackman talks about being drawn to the "oddness and darkness" of Tim Burton's aesthetic, and the honour of being hand-picked to perform Sally's Song from The Nightmare Before Christmas in Danny Elfmans Music from the Films of Tim Burton.

Announcing Soundpond.net Late Sessions DJ line-up, which includes Kid Koala and DJ Vintage Future (Model 500) joining a stellar line-up of festival guests and local legends Carter Bros, How Green, Faint One, f-ing Disco, Inkswel, Pilot Records DJs, Snair, Soulchild and Strict Face to play for late-night revellers.

The mini-mag also features ten things you didn't know about Fela Kuti, Nick Cave's thoughts on hearing The Pop Group for the first time; the A-Z of Unsound Adelaide line up and what links 2014 festival star John Zorn to this year's Unsound.

Not-to-be-missed support acts and notable artists include the world premiere collaboration of dance, shakuachi and percussion from Ade Suharto, Brian Ritchie and Simon Barker as the opening act for The Pop Group, swinging cinematic grooves in Blow The Bloody Doors Off!! led by Terry Edwards and featuring Darren Percival and Terry Nichols.

Melbourne post-rock five-piece Fourteen Nights at Sea and Trash McSweeny and Alix Kol will support Vampillia, Perth instrumental heavyweights Tangled Thoughts of Leaving set the tone for 65daysofstatic and orchestral art-rockers The Red Paintings open for Mogwai.
